Possibility of his birth being either Goadby Marwood, Leics or Melton Mowbray, Leics. I have entered Goadby Marwood being the same place as his siblings and taking into account information regarding the family living in the village of Goadby Marwood which was owned by the Duke of Rutland..

It is said his family were in the Tanning business and wealthy.

In England he was a 'Royal Carriage' decorative worker.

He migrated to Canada where he married and all of his children were born.

Later he with his wife and daughter Edith Myra came to Brooklyn, NY, USA.
